Kaiso Fire - is the hottest of the three blends and is a turmeric and mustard based hot sauce, with the heat of the scotch bonnet pepper. The reddish colour is provided by combining red sweet bell peppers.

"The nice thing about Kaiso Hot Sauce is a little goes a long way.
