Having a good pepper sauce is a staple you will find at every home in the Carribean. It is used as a garnish or as an ingredient in most meals. We have worked tirelessly to make sure our KAISO products become a must have in every household.

We believe our KAISO pepper sauces capture the essence of Caribbean flavours, music and culture all in a bottle.

KAISO is a term native to the Caribbean culture and is dialect for calypso, a popular traditional music of the Caribbean. Trinidadians and Bajans especially used that term when talking about Calypso music.
