What is KAISO?

Kaiso Hot Pepper Sauce gets its name from "kaiso", a Caribbean term for calypso music - lively, colorful, and full of energy. Just like the music, our sauce brings bold flavor and excitement to every meal! Use it as a condiment or in cooking to spice things up!

We believe our KAISO pepper sauces capture the essence of Caribbean flavours, music and culture all in a bottle.

We are located in Edmonton, Alberta where you can come see us set up locally on any weekend or we can ship to you virtually anywhere online. We are slowly getting into retail locations so stay tuned for a new location near you!
